Based on Technical Reference TR 48:2015, implemented on 1 Jun 2016 by Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, the SS 648:2019 Code of practice for bunker mass flow metering will become the full Bunkering Standard for Singapore. Implementation by MPA will be effective from 1st May 2020.
